Concessions There are four concessions located throughout the main concourse at Germain Arena. These stands serve all patrons of Germain Arena. Our concessions are a great place for the entire family to eat. We offer a new and expanded menu, which includes different sandwiches such as, Chicken Parmesan, and Sausage with peppers and onions. Don't miss out on the Dietz & Watson All Beef Hot Dog (lowest price in the ECHL at $3), or our Miami Cuban (section 113), the low carb Key West Deli Stand, and our all new gourmet Nacho Stand. After trying one of the sandwiches try our new dessert items, these include our soft serve ice cream with your choice of toppings, as well as our delicious funnel cakes. Afterwards, enjoy our Gourmet coffee stand. The Blades American Grill The Blades American Grill is located in the Recreation area of Germain Arena. We offer a full menu so stop by and try our new expanded menu. The hours of operation are: Monday to Thursday 4:00pm - 9:00pm Friday 4:00pm - midnight Saturday and Sunday 9:00am - m 10:00pm Click here to view the Everblades American Grill Menu (Adobe PDF) Breakaway Sports Pub Only open during event dates. The Pub is always open for all Germain Arena events, and is a lively dining spot located on the upper level of the arena, overlooking the bowl of the Main Arena. Tickets to the show/game required. Reservations are available at 5:30 and 6pm for Everblade Hockey Nights. On Concert nights, all reservations are for 1 hour earlier than show start time. Call 948-7825 X1309 to make your reservation. Club memberships are $200 and entitle a card holder and 3 guests to use the Club for dinner and/or cocktails during the 36 home games, playoff games, 2 College Hockey Tournament packages and 2 NHL exhibition games at the beginning of the season. Dinner is served from 5:30- 7:30pm (game start time) and the Club Bar is open throughout the game, as well as afterwards. Club members are invited to mingle with the players in the Club at the conclusion of each game.
