  There are four main concession stands along with numerous specialty food and beverage portables located throughout the concourse at Germain Arena for the enjoyment of our event patrons.
 Our arena concessions are a great place for the entire family to eat. Every year we try to update our menu with new offerings. Favorite specialty locations that continue to please are the Key West Low Carb portable with freshly made wraps for the calorie conscious, our "Top Dog Gourmet Hot Dog Stand" serving up jumbo franks with all the fixings and Italian Sausage & Peppers on toasted buns, and our South of the Border Build your own Nacho Stand that has customers piling their plates at every game. New this year is our "Its in the Net" Seafood Stand serving up fresh Fish & Chips and other Gulf Coast specialties.
Our Miami Cuban specialty sandwich can be found at a portable located outside section 113…it is an authentic recipe from Flagler St, pressed while you wait.
 Without naming all of our concession menu items…we are known for our top selling crispy French fries, this year we are going with a new angus burger for our 4oz concession hamburger and our fan favorite Dietz and Watson all beef hot dog is still the best value in the ECHL at $3 and holding. Our beverages throughout the building are Coke products… Coke being a proud sponsor of the Florida Everblades.
Top off your meal with our delicious soft serve ice cream with choice of toppings, a freshly made funnel cake dusted with powder sugar, low fat Island Way Sorbets, and a trip to our gourmet coffee stand for a special blend of java.
