Building Rental In addition to hosting Florida Everblades hockey, Southwest Florida's premier entertainment venue offers a wide variety of choice entertainment. Since the arena opened in 1998, it has hosted NHL, NBA, USBL and Arena football games. The arena is the current host to AF2's Florida Firecats. Germain Arena has also hosted top entertainment events such as Stars on Ice, concerts including Elton John, Sting and Toby Keith, Disney On Ice, WWE Wrestling, Boston Pops and Lord of the Dance. Germain Arena is a centrally located facility just minutes from Naples and Ft Meyers off of I-75 at Exit 123 in the growing Southwest Florida community of Estero. Pre-game & Pre-show Groups On game and show nights we have many requests for pre-game or pre-show private parties. Tickets for the game would be required for these bookings. Arrangements for group game or show tickets can be made by calling the Group Ticket Sales representative at 239-948-7825 X1024. Party space in our TIB Terrace can be reserved for 25-200 people with special "Tailgate" menus available. The Olde Florida Room, with standing reception capacity of up to 150 people may also be reserved for pre-event functions. Room rentals for pre-game or pre-show events are for 1 ½ hours and conclude at game or show start time. In some show situations, the Big Cypress Club is also available for pre-show parties. The Big Cypress Club is an elegant space designed to replicate the atmosphere of the historic Rod and Gun Club in Everglade City, Florida. The Club has a circular bar and lounge area, seated dining for approximately 130p, a salad bar and buffet serving station, two big screen TV's with 6 additional TVs located throughout the dining room as well as an outdoor patio. The club is situated on the ground floor of the arena, just off the Pro Shop Lobby entrance with easy access to parking. Our location on I-75 mid-way between Naples and Fort Myers makes us an ideal choice for regional business meetings, association dinners and corporate gatherings. We also are the perfect spot for alumni sports parties, graduation dinners, anniversary parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties and holiday get-togethers. The Olde Florida Room The Olde Florida Room is a reception/meeting/dining space that is located on the mezzanine level on the south side of the arena complex. The room is designed to be multi-functional and can accommodate up to 90 people for seated dining, 60p for schoolroom seating, 150p for theatre style seating or 200p for reception. Our location on I-75 midway between Naples and Fort Myers makes us a logical choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner meetings. This room has been equipped with multiple phone lines to accommodate computerized A/V needs. We have a number of buffet menus which work nicely for this space.
